Climb to Oz 3300 from Allemond
Fly over a splendid spruce forest, watch the sun sparkle in the Lac du Verney and rediscover one of the most beautiful valleys in the Oisans!
Enjoy an 8-minute ride, levitating above the trees, along the shortest route up to Oz-en-Oisans. As soon as you step out of the cabin, you can hop on one of the two gondola lifts to take you up to the Alpe d’Huez ski area!
A response to a concern for soft mobility
Reducing traffic on mountain roads may seem complicated because of the snow. But it’s a key concern for local authorities and mountain lovers alike.
By providing a fast, safe and environmentally-friendly link between the valley and the high-altitude resorts, the Eau d’Olle Express is a practical way of encouraging changes in travel practices with the aim of achieving a zero-carbon mountain.
Add to this a bus service from Grenoble station to Allemond at weekends and during the school holidays, and a free shuttle service between Bourg-d’Oisans and Allemond for holidaymakers and residents of the plain, and the cars stay in the car park!
A panoramic tour of the Eau d’Olle valley
Gone are the stresses of winding mountain roads, and the ski slopes and hiking trails of the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine have never been so close.
Settle into one of the ten-seater cabins, comfortably seated, and enjoy the view over Lac du Verney and the Belledonne massif. It’s the perfect way to start your day before heading straight to the slopes, relaxed and ready to hit the slopes.
