It's a cycling tour aimed at a vulnerable public: either sedentary or suffering from chronic illness. It takes place on electrically-assisted bicycles in teams of 4 or 5 participants, with no ranking or timing.

The DEFINOISE SANTE 2024 is organized by Grenoble Métropole cyclisme 38 EF and will take place between Saint Pierre d'Entremont and Le Bourg-d'Oisans, as part of the Alpes Isère Tour.
Each team has its own escort vehicle to ensure the transfer of team members. Team members will take it in turns to ride their bikes over distances they feel able to cover, while respecting their physical capacities and health.
