Skiing at sunset

Admire the sunset at 2800m and experience a last run by the light of a headlamp – an unforgettable experience!

A landscape that will

take your breath away

Fancy one last run after the pistes have closed? Come to l’Alpette and catch the last cable car to Dôme des Rousses at 2800m. From there, you’ll have an unforgettable view of the warm glow of the sunset over the Eau d’Olle valley and the Romanche river. You can also take advantage of this time to find out what it’s like working in the ski patrol.

A run you’ll

never forget

After admiring the sunset from one of the highest summits in the area, experience the 1450m descent from Dôme des Rousses to Oz en Oisans resort. You’ll make the unique and unforgettable journey down to the resort with a headlamp and accompanied by mountain professionals (members of the ski patrol, ESF ski instructor and the tourist office’s activity leader). As it’s a red run, you need to be a good skier.

Essential info to make the most of the experience

The weather changes quickly in the mountains and the temperature can drop rapidly. Bring warm clothes and don’t forget your helmet and a camera to capture the moment. It’s not a race, take your time and enjoy the experience!
