The flat is in the centre of the resort.
Everything is within walking distance: a small supermarket, a few restaurants and cafés, the tourist office, the ski lift ticket offices where you can buy ski passes etc., sports shops that rent/sell sports equipment, an indoor public swimming pool, a covered car park, etc.
The cable cars are also within walking distance of the flat. In the morning, you can simply ski to the lift without walking, and in the evening, ski back down to the door of the building.
Thanks to the height of the village (1350m), you have a large certainty of snow.
